Cambridge Academic Tuition provides independent advice to UK and international families choosing selective independent and boarding schools. We consider your child’s academic profile, personality, interests and long-term educational plans before recommending suitable schools. We can also advise on admissions timelines, entrance requirements, academic assessments and the preparation needed for each stage of the application process.
Many selective independent schools include an interview as part of the admissions process. We provide individual interview preparation and mock interviews to help students communicate clearly, discuss their academic and extracurricular interests, respond thoughtfully to unfamiliar questions and approach the interview with greater confidence.

Cambridge Academic Tuition supports international families applying to leading UK independent and boarding schools. We help parents understand the British school admissions system, identify appropriate schools and plan the academic preparation required for each stage of the application process.
We can support students preparing for UKiset, the ISEB Common Pre-Test, Common Entrance, Quest Assessments and school-specific entrance examinations. Preparation may include English, Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning and interview preparation, depending on the requirements of the schools being considered.
We also work with students attending international schools and can provide specialist tuition for IGCSE, GCSE, A-Level and International Baccalaureate, as well as academic preparation before a move to the UK.
All tuition and consultations are delivered online, allowing us to work with families across international time zones, including students in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.

For international families, academic mentoring can also provide continuity while a child is attending school in the UK, with regular online communication and independent oversight of their academic progress.
